Guelah contained a Simpsons signal and a Lively Up Yourself tease from Mike. Trey dedicated Stash to "Mary." The ending of Fluffhead, all of The Horse, and the beginning of My Friend featured Trey on acoustic guitar. Bowie contained a Random Note signal in the intro, a Sailor's Hornpipe tease from Trey, and Dueling Banjos and Jeopardy! theme teases from Page. In an attempt to request AC/DC Bag at the start of the second set, roughly twenty people in front donned shopping bags on their heads with the word AC/DC written on them. My Friend contained Careful with That Axe, Eugene (Pink Floyd) quotes. YEM contained a beehive (from the alternate "Water Your Team In A Beehive I'm A-sent You" lyrics) reference from Trey and a Low Rider tease from Page. Mike quoted You Sexy Thing in the YEM vocal jam. The HYHU outro contained Lengthwise teases from Mike. Danny Boy was quoted before Carolina.

hardua This was a great show that kicked-off back to back nights for me. Massive energy in the opening four songs that continued the rest of the night. Six of us drove in from Boulder and crashed at the Roost Lodge across the highway. One of our crew slept in the bathtub. Every time I walk past Dobson Arena, I shake my head in disbelief that phish played this ice rink.

Review by Ricoo

Ricoo One of my best friends and I were standing outside looking inside the glass doors of the Venue earlier in the day before the show started. He painted them a sweet picture and was holding it as we gazed inside ..I'm pretty sure it was Page who walks by and let us in!!! I wish he would comment and verify, lol. Anyway, We go inside and chill with him next to the stage while he plays a little on the piano.. then he invites us back stage to drink wine.. Later that night I was passed a paper bag with the words "ACDC" written on it, in the front row.. they opened second set with ACDC bag. For the longest time I thought this was my first show till I found the ticket for Phish and Santana at the colorado state fair which was in 92.

I think this show was great... Trey kept staring deep into my soul during his Solos.. Great Show, full of energy.

DollarBill This is the only show at Dobson Arena, 27th of the tour and I swear you can hear a thousand teases of other songs in this show. It seems the band has recovered from their illnesses they had down south and are now tearing through Colorado at a fierce pace. Very nice clear recording of this show.

Solid Buried Alive to open up first set. Rough transition right into a good Poor Heart. Cavern picks up the Roger Waters' type screaming from the last show. Nicely played, as was Possum and Guelah. Rift's timing is getting better, but still not totally solid. Stash was good, but had a rough end. Fluff sounds a little out of tune from Trey's part. It was reasonably played, but had a few rough spots in the travels. Very unique ending to Fluff as Trey picks up the acoustic and leads them right into a terrible Horse. Page tries to help, but the guitar is all over the place. Silent is better, but just ok. Bowie has lots of teases going on early and is pretty well played over all.

Page teases the old intro to Bag before they start it proper. Well played right into a very messy My Friend. Intro and song are both messy from timing problems and Mike mostly. Really funny Eugene ending on this one. Sparkle was good. YEM was also pretty good overall. Mound was solid. And then the Balls come out for their jam. Then an old tape cut, I suppose, leads us into a rocking Chalk Dust. This one is pretty good, but had a few rough spots. HYHU brings Fish out, who says he and Mike are having a footwear contest? Lengthwise is funny as always. Hood's timing is way off tonight, just really all over the place for all of them. I was even surprised at Page's bad notes. Golgi was also pretty sloppy for the ending of second set.

Double barbershop for an encore tonight with an Adeline and Carolina. And check out the stage banter during this part. Great stuff to hear for this time period. Then a ripping Rocky Top takes us home.

Fun show, but it got really sloppy towards the end. Lots of teases all over this one too.
